Two pairs of shoes (one you can get wet while you hike around in rivers, another you can hike around that are dry)

Light jacket (in case of rain)

Lots of Sunscreen (at least SPF 30)

Ear plugs (for the snoring and for the leaders)
Canteen/Camelback/Water bottle (enough to carry a quart)
Day Pack (for lunches, snacks, sunscreen, water, etc.)
Tarp/Tent (the night time low is only supposed to be 70 and no rain is expected)
Light sleeping bag/sleeping pad
Pillow
Toothbrush, toothpaste, deoderant
Medications (aloe for sunburns, ibuprofen for sore muscles, Band Aids, mole-skin for blisters, personal needs)
Games, balls, Frisbee, etc.
Utensils, cup, plate, bowel, etc.
Food for yourself (we will feed you one meal per day, and you can count on hot water and a gas stove for breakfast and dinners, but lunches need to be eaten cold)
- 2 breakfasts (eat before we leave on Wednesday)
